Lindsay Fried Augustine, Founder & CEO
In 2016, after receiving her Certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California - Irvine, Lindsay founded Simply Admissions. Since then, she has supported hundreds of students from around the country as they went through the college admissions process. Lindsay is a Certified Educational Planner and an Independent Educational Consultant Association Professional Member.
While Lindsay still works with students as an IEC, she sold Simply Admissions in 2024 for over half a million dollars in total compensation. She also teaches the Capstone course for UC Berkeley’s College Admissions Counseling Certificate program.
Since 2022, Lindsay has worked with college advisors to streamline their practices through Simply Succeed. She’s excited to help even more college advisors run their practice stress-free with Achieve!
Mike Zevitas, CTO
Based in Atlanta, Mike has spent more than a decade in the tech industry, evolving from hands-on developer to engineering leader overseeing multiple high-performing teams across e-commerce and logistics platforms. Before joining Simply Succeed, he led major initiatives at Moz and LeafLink, where he helped modernize large-scale systems and streamline digital product experiences for thousands of users.
With deep experience in startups and a passion for building scalable, user-focused products, Mike brings a strong balance of technical strategy and team mentorship to Simply Succeed. He’s excited to help shape Achieve’s future—partnering closely with customers to deliver a robust, reliable platform that makes life easier for IECs and the families they serve.
Outside of work, Mike lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children. He’s also an active musician in the local community and enjoys collaborating on creative projects around the city whenever he can.
Ryan Augustine, COO
Ryan brings a wealth of experience in both leadership and strategic planning to Simply Succeed. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in 2012 and later earned a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology in 2016. Ryan's expertise in operational management is rooted in his strong background in public health. His deep understanding of both technical and operational elements makes him a key figure in ensuring Simply Succeed's operational excellence.
After seeing his wife, Lindsay, grow her own college advising practice, Ryan understands how hard it can be. That’s why he is so motivated to help other advisors through Achieve!
Heather Archibald, CSM
Heather earned her BA in Marketing and MBA at California State University, San Bernardino. Her professional journey began in marketing for home healthcare companies, where she gained deep insights into consumer behavior and developed innovative strategies to meet their evolving needs.
Heather’s goal is to be the “voice of the customer.” She is dedicated to delivering the best possible service in every endeavor, prioritizing the customer experience to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. She thrives on challenges, embraces diversity, and is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections – both professionally and personally.
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, swimming, glamping, and riding off-road vehicles at the many mud parks in Texas.
