On Elevate and Elite plans, your existing client information, documents, and data are migrated from your previous systems, which helps make the transition seamless. This process usually takes 6-8 business days.
Those plans also include personalized onboarding, where your dedicated Customer Success Manager will configure Achieve around your workflows.
All that to say is that the timeline varies depending on how complex your current systems are. For IECs transitioning from an existing platform, it takes an average of a month to get fully up and running. However, newer IECs often invite their first student to create their Achieve account on Day 1!
